We offer short-lived inboxes and revocable aliases. There is no bulk outbound, marketing engine, or send-on-behalf service.
Disposable addresses expire and are not a recovery vault. Do not bind banks, medical, government, or primary accounts here.
Fraud, harassment, ban evasion, or infrastructure attacks can be rate-limited, rejected, or terminated.
Forwarded mail is kept at most 30 days. Keep long-term copies somewhere you control.
1. Service and eligibility
TmpWay provides disposable addresses, on-page reading, and tools that forward alias mail to a destination mailbox you name. Capacity, lifetime, archive window, and features may change for safety and operations. A disposable address is not a permanent mailbox, and forwarding is not a delivery guarantee.
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and must follow local law. The console identifies visitors with an email code and optional two-factor authentication. You are responsible for the mailbox, tokens, and codes used to reach it.
2. What is allowed and what is closed
- Lawful trials, one-time codes, public downloads, and software tests.
- Isolating low-stakes notices so a primary address stays off public forms.
- Receiving purchase, subscription, or project mail you are entitled to read.
- Privacy isolation for accounts you manage, then pausing or deleting the alias.
- Spam, phishing, malware, harassment, fraud, or impersonation.
- Reading other people’s mail or bypassing bans, checks, or security gates.
- Stockpiling addresses or attacking infrastructure.
- Child exploitation, violent threats, or other unlawful use.
We may rate-limit, reject, pause aliases, or terminate access, and keep evidence when law requires it. After a close, you still have to unwind third-party accounts created with those addresses.

3. Content, IP, and third-party sites
Senders and recipients are responsible for content. You authorize us to receive, process, cache, and transmit mail as needed to display or forward it. You confirm you may name the destination mailbox and will not use the service to push unsolicited mail to others.
Brand, interface, code, and original copy belong to TmpWay or its licensors. You keep rights in mail you lawfully own. Third-party sites may refuse disposable domains or aliases; their terms are theirs.
4. High-stakes use is out of scope
Do not use a disposable inbox for banking, medical or government services, primary-account recovery, asset custody, or anything whose loss would cause serious harm. Addresses can expire, be refused by a sender, or be retired for safety.
Keep important records in a mailbox you control long term. Diagnostic pages are general information, not a substitute for the sender’s support.
5. Availability, changes, and termination
Maintenance, network faults, sender policy, domain reputation, and force majeure can delay or interrupt service. We may add, remove, or change features and set fair limits on traffic, addresses, attachments, and retention. Urgent safety events can run immediately.
You may abandon a disposable address, delete aliases, or ask us to close related records. Breach, safety risk, or legal duty can end access at once. Clauses on content rights, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted service, freedom from error, delivery of a particular message, acceptance by third parties, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Where law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss of profit, data, opportunity, accounts, or reputation. Where exclusion is not allowed, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss tied to the service that caused the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Children, updates, and contact
The service is not directed at children below the local digital-consent age. We may update these terms and change the date on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance; material changes will be flagged when we reasonably can.
