Troubleshooting guide

Can't receive a verification code at your disposable email?
Don't keep clicking Resend

Start by checking the address status, then review the sender queue, domain policy, and message size. Following the steps in order works better than repeatedly changing addresses.

First minute

Check these three things first

Most input and timing issues don't require a new email address.

01

Verify the full address

Copy the address from the tool window again. Check whether the target site's input field cut it off, added spaces, or changed it automatically.

02

Check the countdown

An expired address won't receive new mail. If it just expired, create a new address, update it on the target site, and send the message again.

03

Wait for one refresh cycle

The page checks for new mail every 15 seconds, but the sender may take longer to process it. Wait 60 seconds, then request the message once more.

Choose a path

Choose the next step based on what you see

It says “Sent successfully,” but no email arrives

The sender's queue may be delayed, or the service may silently restrict disposable domains. Check the target site's help page; if disposable addresses aren't supported, use a regular email address.

“Invalid email address”

Check the spelling first. If the domain is rejected by policy, don't try to bypass the platform's requirements by repeatedly switching addresses.

Regular notifications arrive, but messages with attachments don't

Temporary inboxes don't retain attachments, and messages over 100 MB are rejected. For attachments, use a regular email address you can manage over time.

Verification-code cooldown

Repeated requests may invalidate older codes

Many services accept only the most recently issued verification code. Clicking repeatedly can generate several similar-looking emails and may trigger a 60-second cooldown or longer.

  • Note the time you last clicked Send
  • Open the most recently received email first
  • Enter the verification code only on the original service's page
  • Never forward the verification code to anyone
Recommended pace

Send once → wait 60 seconds → refresh the inbox → if nothing arrives, check the platform's policy. If the account matters, stop experimenting and use a long-term email address.
